30% non-refundable booking deposit required to reserve selected week(s). -
Balance payable 6 weeks before start of rental period. -
A security deposit of £300 is payable with each booking, it will be returned after satisfactory inspection less cost of any replacement items. -
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling, other currencies will be quoted at current published rates. -
Payment by cheque or B.A.C.S transfer. -
Townhouse is to be vacated by 11.00hrs on change over day and is available after 15.00hrs. - Changeover days are on Fridays, bookings for more than a week will also have bed linen and towels changed on this day.
